If Your Package Says “Delivered” But You Haven’t Received It
1. Report Window
You must report a missing or undelivered order within 30 days of the ship date so our team can help investigate.
2. Before You Reach Out
Please take a moment to:
• Double-check your front door, side entrances, and mailbox
• Ask neighbors, your building manager, or mailroom if they accepted it
• Wait 24–48 hours, sometimes carriers mark “delivered” a little early
3. Need Our Help?
If your order still hasn’t arrived, email wegotyou@bbld.fun within 15 days of the “delivered” date.
Include your:
• Full name and shipping address
• Order number
• Tracking info or screenshots
4. Our Promise + Disclaimer
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, b.BLD is not responsible or liable for loss, delay, or damage.
But, because we care deeply about your experience, we’ll work directly with our courier partners to help locate your package or explore next steps.
5. If Theft or Damage Is Suspected
If you believe your package was stolen or damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier or local authorities.
Once the carrier confirms “delivered,” all risk of loss transfers from b.BLD Online to you.
