Return & exchange policy

At b.BLD, we’re here to make sure you feel supported and confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. 

  • If your product arrives damaged (for example, cracked, broken, or defective), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us at WEGOTYOU@bbld.fun and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video showing the damage
  • A photo of the shipping box or outer packaging before it’s opened, if the exterior is also damaged
Once we receive the information, we will review and determine the best resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or refund.

Please note: Minor dents, scuffs, or powder dusting around makeup pans may occur during shipping and are not considered damage.

Due to the nature of our clean beauty products and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, shades, and ingredient lists before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to ordering, our team is available to help.

If a package is returned to our warehouse (for example, due to an incorrect shipping address), we will:
  • Notify you via email
  • Add the returned item to your bBLD inventory
  • Apply a $3 return processing fee
You will have the option to use the restocked inventory to fulfill a future order
